Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling
Most items can be disatched within 48 hours of your order being place.
All orders carry a £5.53 postage and packing fee.

Returns Policy
Any goods requiring exchange for size or colour etc, will be done by return of post, providing that the goods are in an unused condition, and the new goods required are in stock and payment of postage is enclosed.
Personalised or custom made products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged. We will of course exchange goods on a free of charge basis if any incorrect items have been supplied by us. A refund required for any goods will be provided in full (less carriage) as long as the goods are returned to us within 30 days.
Please package the items and enclose a covering letter stating name, telephone number, and invoice number. Proof of purchase will be required for all refunds. If no proof of purchase is available, an exchange or a credit note will be offered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
