Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling
Most items are despatched within 48 hours of your order being place.
All orders online are free postage and packaging to UK mainland only.
We do from time to time incur problems with stock availability,you will be notified if there are time delays after ordering. |
Delivery Schedule
Larger items over the value of £50 are despatched with a 24 hour courier, smaller items less than £50 are despatched with 2nd class Royal Mail and can take up to 4 working days depending on stock availability. |

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. |
Returns Policy
Any goods requiring exchange for size or colour etc, will be done by return of post, providing that the goods are in an unused condition, and the new goods required are in stock and payment of postage is enclosed.
Personalised or custom made products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged. We will of course exchange goods on a free of charge basis if any incorrect items have been supplied by us.
A refund required for any goods will be provided in full (less carriage) as long as the goods are returned to us within 14 days (excluding clothing). Should you want to return an item of clothingfor a refund this must be done within 7 daysfrom receipt and in its original packaging and with labels attached. This excludes any item of clothing that is faulty that we will of course be replace.
Please package the items and enclose a covering letter stating name, telephone number, and invoice number. Proof of purchase will be required for all refunds. If no proof of purchase is available, an exchange or a credit note will be offered.
Please allow 21 days for your refund to be processed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
